1. What is the minimum rental period?
  The minimum rental period is one month, but we only require two weeks notice that you wish to leave.

2. Do I need to put down a deposit?
  We do not ask for a deposit but we do ask for the first four weeks or calendar month payment before or on the first day of your rental period.

3. Do you provide insurance?
  We do not provide insurance for the goods you store or any damage you might cause to the storage unit.  We strongly recommend you take out your own insurance cover.

4. What can I store in the unit?
  Most goods can be stored but there are some items which we cannot allow for legal and health and safety reasons.  These are listed in our terms and conditions, available on request.

5. Is it easy to access the storage unit? 
  We are open from 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday to Saturday.  Ring for an appointment to access at other times.

6. Do I need to provide a padlock? 
  By providing your own padlock, you are the only key holder.  You may purchase padlocks from us if required.   However, our 10 foot units have their own key and double locking doors.

7. Will there be somewhere to park my car?
  We have ample parking and you can drive to, or very close to, the doors of most of our units.
