1. What is the minimum rental period?
  You may rent one of our units for a week, a month or as long as you like.

2. Do I need to put down a deposit?
  We do not ask for a deposit but naturally you will be liable for any damage you cause to the storage unit or property .

3. Do you provide insurance?
  We do not provide insurance for the goods you store or any damage you might cause to the storage unit.  We strongly recommend you take out your own insurance cover.

4. What can I store in the unit?
  Most goods can be stored but there are some items which we cannot allow for legal and health and safety reasons.  These are listed in our terms and conditions, available on request.

5. Is it easy to access the storage unit? 
  We are open from 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday to Saturday.

6. Do I need to provide a padlock? 
  By providing your own padlock, you are the only key holder.  You may purchase padlocks from us if required.

7. Will there be somewhere to park my car?
  We have a designated parking area. However, you are able to drive to the door of your storage unit to deliver and collect goods.
